Silhouette Rules

Because of the standard fan area of 23 ½° some ranges can not be used at the same time. The Rifle Silhouette range is closed when any of the Highpower Rifle firing lines (#1) are in use and must be coordinated with the Rimfire Pistol Silhouette range (#3) . Firing must be stopped on both ranges before anyone goes forward to the targets on either range. Firing must be suspended when people are traveling to or from the shotgun area (#10) near the Highpower pits. The swinger targets used for practice are painted ORANGE. Shooting is restricted to cast lead bullets or conventional soft point hunting ammo and match ammo limited to loads 2700 feet per second MAX!!  At NO time may anything but case lead bullets be used on any of the black and white targets!

The Rimfire Pistol Silhouette range is closed when the 600 yard highpower firing line is in use. (Range #1) and the range must be coordinated with the BPCR and Highpower rifle silhouette ranges (#2A and #2B) . Firing must be stopped on both ranges before anyone goes forward to the targets on either range.

The Rimfire Rifle/Muzzle Loading range is closed when a match or organized practice is in progress on the pistol range (#8) . Do not go f0rward from the firing line unless firing is stopped on the pistol range. This range is closed when the 300 and 600 yard firing lines on the highpower (#1) range are in use. Ammunition is restricted to muzzle loaders and .22 rimfire rifles. No .17 caliber rimfire and no 22 magnums are allowed. 22 shooting at the yardage mentioned above and all shots must go into the berms.
